Eleni Giorgoudi is currently a second-year PhD candidate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Cyprus and serves as a special scientist at the Center for Applied Neuroscience. Eleni has received her BSc in Psychology from Erasmus University Rotterdam and also attended an exchange semester at Florida State University where she undertook courses particularly related to clinical psychology. Her research interests mainly lie in neurological disorders such as aphasias, dementias, and traumatic brain injuries. Furthermore, she is eager to understand how the brain influences behavior, cognition, and emotions. Her goal through CAN is to provide meaningful support to those facing serious neurological disorders, with a commitment to ethical practice and ongoing education.
